J Daniel Hollinger, PhD, is President and Principal Consultant at Hollinger International. An education and management consultant, Dr. Hollinger helps establish and improve schools, universities and education programs. Areas of expertise include inquiry-based and transdisciplinary teaching and learning, International Baccalaureate Programmes, organizational climate, faculty culture, strategic planning and board governance. Dr. Hollinger builds high-performing and collaborative teams focused on vision, mission and service.

Dr. Hollinger is also an executive coach and specializes in coaching school leaders. He helps leaders improve their performance and enhance the quality of their lives.

Prior to consulting, Dr. Hollinger founded, built and led two dual-language international schools. He designed and delivered innovative and transformative education programs that produce high academic and social achievement for students from diverse economic, cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
